Certified coaching and customized instruction part of youth basketball program, presented by Cox Communications
|Oklahoma City, Friday, April 20, 2018 – The Oklahoma City Thunder will hold a Thunder Youth Basketball camp in Bartlesville for the first time this summer. Registration for the Hustle Camp, scheduled for June 21, is now open.
The camp is open to children ages 6 to 14, offering them an introduction to the fundamentals of the game and the opportunity to hone their basketball skills beyond the basics. Thunder Youth Basketball camps also emphasize the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect.
The Hustle Camp is a single-day camp and will be held at Bartlesville High School Field House, with a morning session for ages 6 to 9 from 8 a.m. to noon and an afternoon session for ages 10 to 14 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Campers will receive a T-shirt, basketball and water bottle.
Registration is $65, and an additional purchase, campers can buy Thunder gear that they will receive at check-in at their respective camps. Thunder Season Ticket Members receive a 15 percent discount. For more information or to register, fans are encouraged to go to okcthunder.com/youthbasketball.
