Downtown Bartlesville is once again becoming a premier destination to live, work and play. For a community of our size, we have a very unique downtown with a Frank Lloyd Wright skyscraper, a great selection of gourmet restaurants and unique shopping venues. In the past year, loft apartments have been built to meet the increasing demand for downtown living space and more are on the way. Downtown Bartlesville is a vibrant area this is attracting investment and attention from across the nation.

If you have not been downtown in a while, we encourage you to visit. We believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the vibrant streetscapes, new construction, and decorative signs and light poles, all of which help create a unique downtown experience.
