Downtown Properties
The goal of the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority (“BRTA”) is to promote and encourage reinvestment in and the redevelopment of the historic downtown business district of the City of Bartlesville and of the adjacent residential areas. One way BRTA seeks to do this is by acquiring properties within or near the downtown area and making those properties available for redevelopment by private parties. As part of such efforts, BRTA may also provide development financing assistance to purchasers who are willing to make substantial investments in the redevelopment of such properties.
The following properties are currently owned by BRTA and are available for redevelopment. BRTA solicits and invites redevelopment proposals from any interested individual or firm relating to any one or more of the following properties:
