About Us

The Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) has a unique perspective on the community. It is a perspective drawn from member representatives, including large corporate entities, small business owners, non-profit organizations, manufacturers and individuals.

The Chamber uses this perspective to move the community forward in the areas of business climate, quality of life, economic development and tourism. This is possible by harnessing the strengths of the entire Chamber membership to accomplish tasks one individual business could not do alone.

BRCC Creates Business Awareness

The bottom line for business growth is increasing awareness of products and services offered. The Chamber assists our members and the community by serving as a hub for information and promotion of the area. The Chamber responds to daily inquiries about businesses, relocation, and community community information. The Chamber promotes the business community through publications, events, and advertising, allowing members to promote their organizations and businesses collectively.

Chamber Impacts Economic Growth

Economic growth is an essential component in the development and improvement of all communities. The Chamber recognizes that without diligent attention to economic factors, it cannot make a positive impact on the other facets of the community. The Chamber works closely with the Bartlesville Development Corporation for the betterment of the community.

BRCC Provides Pro Business Environment

The Chamber works to insure that issues impacting members such as workers’ compensation, taxation, unemployment statistics and code enforcement are moving in a direction that benefits the business community. The Chamber Forum Series keeps the business community involved and up to date on local, state and federal issues.

BRCC Promotes Retail Development

An increase in sales tax revenues results in growth opportunities for area retailers and for the community as a whole. Each year, Chamber events showcase local merchants to encourage local shoppers to spend money at home and draw new consumers from the southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma regions.

BRCC Promotes Tourism

The Bartlesville Convention & Visitors Bureau is part of the Bartlesville Development Corporation. It is the driving force behind aggressive marketing efforts to attract leisure travelers, convention and meeting delegates, sporting event participants and spectators and group tours, all of which represent significant economic growth for the area. BRCC Supports Advocacy

As in any professional organization, the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce draws strength and influence from the unified voice of its members. The Chamber provides a constant flow of information about business trends, legislative changes, community issues and business tools that could make community businesses more effective.

The Chamber is involved in activities related to lobbying local, state and federal government representatives, working one-on-one with local and state education leaders and developing programs to support workforce development, small businesses and manufacturing.

For Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce members, our unified voice allows us to serve as leaders and advocates for businesses and the community.
