Your Oklahoma license should be obtained within 30 days after permanent residence or employment is established. Applicants must provide a birth certificate as identification and must pass written and driving tests. Applicants with a valid out-of-state driver’s license must pass a written exam. Traffic regulation books are available at the office. Office hours for obtaining a driver’s license are first come, first served, Monday through Friday, 8-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. for written and driving tests.

Auto tags must be obtained within 30 days after permanent residence or employment is established. A title or current registration and proof of Oklahoma insurance are needed to receive a tag, and vehicles registered from out-of-state must be physically present at the tag office to receive a tag. Office hours 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday

Voter Registration

Persons who have not been registered to vote before or who are registered but need to change their registration may do so by filling out a voter registration application. Voter registration closes 24 days before an election. Forms are available at the County Election Board office located at the County Courthouse on 420 S. Johnstone, Room 101, from 9:00 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday – Friday, all post offices, public libraries and tag agencies. For more information contact the Election Board at 918.337.2850 or
