Young Professionals
Young Professionals of Bartlesville (YP Bartlesville) seeks to promote and preserve the businesses, attractions and events that make Bartlesville unique. The organization provides a forum for professional networking, development and social events. The members represent a unified and credible voice for young professionals on community issues, with an emphasis on enrichment and quality-of-life opportunities. Our members are professionals from age 21 to the young-at-heart in the Bartlesville area. YP Bartlesville’s mission is to make Bartlesville a great place to live, work and play for both the current and future resident.
History
The Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce launched Young Professionals of Bartlesville in 2006 in direct response to the challenges facing the city of Bartlesville in attracting and retaining diverse young professionals and developing the next generation of leadership.

Whether you are native to Bartlesville or brand new to town, YPB is your resource for connecting with the community through volunteer projects, non-profit organizations, boards, city and state government questions, community service opportunities and social activities.

Committees
LIVE Committee
Purpose: To engage in the community, help attract and retain YPB members and communicate with future and current members.
WORK Committee
Purpose: To provide professional and personal development and philanthropy opportunities for YPB members.
PLAY Committee
Purpose: To provide professional networking opportunities through events and socials including Hot Street Party and the YPB Christmas Crawl.
Public Relations Committee
Purpose: To spread the word about YPB by sharing the opportunities, events, hard work and the community affairs that YPB involves itself in both internally (monthly newsletter, website, and email blasts) and externally (newspaper, radio, TV, and social media).
